Christopher T. McRae primarily practices in the areas of Construction Law, Public Contract Law, Government Contract and, Fidelity and Surety Bonds.  He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1990 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida and has litigated a host of construction cases in both state and federal courts. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida and received his law degree from Stetson University College of Law with honors in 1990.  He is also a Dana Law Scholar recipient.

Mr. McRae comes from a family that is actively involved in the construction industry.  Before law school, he worked with a large construction firm both in the field and in the office as a contracts administrator.  He is a fifth generation Floridian and the father of three children.

Governor Jeb Bush recently selected Mr. McRae as one of five gubernatorial appointments to the Florida Commission on Ethics.  Mr. McRaes term will run until June 30, 2007.
